William A. Thomas III is a pastor, speaker, entrepreneur, and marketing professional on a mission to help people stop drifting and start living with real, intentional, faith-rooted purpose. He is the co-founder and Lead Pastor of Light Church — a faith community he and his twin sister founded in 2023 — and the founder of Momentum Life, LLC, a personal development brand built at the intersection of faith, strategy, and transformation.

A graduate of Greensboro College with a degree in Religion and a minor in Church Leadership, Will brings over 11 years of pastoral leadership and years of experience counseling couples and individuals through life's most defining seasons. His approach is bold enough to challenge, warm enough to welcome, and always grounded in both biblical truth and practical action.

On November 6, 2025, Pastor Will married his wife, Faith Thomas, and together they are building a life and legacy that reflects everything they believe — that purpose is not accidental, and that the right foundation changes everything.
